  What happens after purchase?

   After payment, you will receive 2 emails into the email that you used at checkout:

  1. Your Receipt
  2. Your Order Download Summary.

  In the 2nd email (Your Download Summary), you will click on the product download which directs you to download the purchased files.

  The downloaded files contain: All the information we need from you

  • Your order number
  • Login details
  • Server
  • Prop Firm Company
  • Current balance and balance you need

  You will fill these details into a document and send it to our team at: support@zurichtrading.

  Within 24 hours (business days only), you will receive an email saying that we have passed your prop firm challenges.

  Does your HFT Prop Firm service have a guarantee?

  Yes, in case we fail to pass your Prop Firm account we will reimburse you:

  1. Order Refund
  2. Refund the amount you paid for your Prop Firm Challenge.

  This is subject to what you have provided us with. For example, a Prop Firm account that fully allows HFT activity during a Prop Firm Challenge. You also must understand what HFT is and what Prop Firm Challenges are and how they can be used with HFT at the time of purchase.
